CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON GREEN MOTION IN NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

The worst service ever! Had to wait approx. half an hour at the counter with a little baby despite of having only one person in front. Overcharged for a minor damage to a wheel I do not remember making. It took another half an hour to return the car, despite of being the only customer.

Was charged more than additional quote scammed by insurance and upgrade, was charged £84 for a £20 park fine, took from bank with no permission and still never got my £100 hold deposit back

They charged me an extra £72 to get the vehicle and after a long flight from Florida I accepted this... they showed me round the outside of the vehicle but not inside ... When I returned the vehicle there was a chip inside they said the seatbelt had hit it !!!! My daughter never even sat at that side in the back as she always sits behind me driving..... they charged me £232 !!!!! If I could attach a photo I would ...... they are conmen and it was daylight robbery... the man at the desk was rude to the point my daughter got upset, I had to pay as had a flight to catch.... will never ever use this company again .... absolutely disgusting!!!!! And I hire cars all the time

Was left arguing at the counter for 45 minutes whilst a toddler sat outside. Paid in full yet left without a car was told incorrectly that Easy rent did not have a UK contact number and was left with the choice of paying £186 extra or leaving with nothing. I was left without any way of getting to work for the following week despite having paid in full in advance 0/10.
