Unpleasant pickup process.

The booking was very easy, the location is a bus ride from the airport, the staff was excellent, and the experience was awesome! Thank You!

The price drop platform worked well. Great car for a great price!

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.
