Information on voucher did not match Interrent conditions

Overpriced insurance (doubled the price overall), poor service, not easy to find, car in average condition

Il y avait 2 personnes devant nous pour récupérer la voiture. A réception, nous avons constaté des rayures supplémentaires à celles indiquées sur le document, mais le personnel n'avait pas le temps de venir vérifier étant donné qu'il y avait encore 4 personnes après nous. Ils nous ont dit de prendre des photos, et heureusement, car sinon les rayures nous auraient été attribuées. Il faudrait plus de personnel pour prendre plus de temps avec le client.

Les prix sont bons mais parce que l'on fait jouer la concurrence. Proposez une carte de fidelité avec un tarif correct et on restera chez vous.

I'm copying my review on google to warn customers to stay away from Interrent: I highly recommend trying a different car rental service. Terrible experience picking up the car. Nearly 1 hour wait with only 3 customers in front of us before reaching the counter was just the beginning. The processing of our reservation was extremely slow and the personel (although friendly) were quite incompetent. My credit card did not work with their machine and they made me feel very bad about it, suggesting that maybe I didn't have enough funds for the >1200 euro deposit. We tried as well my partners card and again it didn't work. In the end, it worked perfectly on a different machine (which we suggested trying). We almost payed for an additional 90 euro deposit insurance because their credit card machine was not functioning. They did not appologize, only smiled and said we were lucky to avoid paying for the insurance. When we left I saw they made no move to remove the credit card machine and suspect they push customers into buying into this additional 90 euro insurance when their card "doesn't work".

La voiture que l'on m'a donné sentait très fort le tabac, tout l'intérieur était sale, taché il y avait des cendres partout. Je ne parle même pas de l'extérieur, sale, tellement sale qu'on ne voyait pas les rayures si nombreuses! La voiture n'avait pas été lavée depuis des mois!!!! Le véhicule était extrêmement abîmé. Je loue souvent des voitures avec d'autres loueurs, je n'avais jamais eu une voiture dans cet état!!
