Won't use again very dissatisfied I'll stick with hertz

The record go staff at the car collection we’re so helpful and kind when I had a really difficult time managing to understand my booking from qeeq, went above and beyond to get me sorted.

The mention of “record go” on my qeeq booking email was SO SMALL and hard to find I spent the better part of an hour at the Avis desk trying to get them to help as I didn’t know where I was meant to get my car at all….I was looking for a QEEQ desk…finally googled and saw Avis mentioned and went there…they explained after digging through my email that it looked like my booking was with record go. Anyway. It all worked out in the end but it was NOT User friendly car collection process as the email was so convoluted.

They push you into buying their own insurance or fast track even if you have super insurance which includes excess fee for the vehicle. The company pushes you to buy either their insurance or pay the entire excess deposit in advance. To avoid large excess being charged poor customers have to buy their insurance.

This was a fantastic experience! The only thing a little confusing was finding the pickup spot for the van to take us to the agency but once that was done the rest was a breeze. Patricia was very helpful! She set us up with a great diesel car and explained everything very well. Overall wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back when we return to Sevilla

Record Car has too many hidden prices and honestly, I know Flex/Full policy means you pay the fuel tank in advance, but in my opinion they charge too much.

lots of hassle on extra insurance also over charged on fuel even though returned car back with full tank. very dissapointed
