They promised I wouldn't need to buy fuel, yet I still spent over 50 dollars.

This was a five-star car rental experience, and the entire process was very smooth. Firstly, the pricing on QEEQ was very competitive, covering rental fees and comprehensive insurance costs. I was given an electric vehicle, which was convenient since there was a ChargePoint charging station where I stayed in the US. Charging was easy and much cheaper than a gasoline car. Everything was very convenient, and the service was excellent.

The roadside assistance was a no-show; waited over 3 hours in the rain.

The service attitude of Dollar was decent, and the wait time wasn't too long. However, they didn’t explain additional clauses in the rental contract carefully, causing customers to spend extra money unnecessarily.

Was probably in the small print at the time of booking, but should be more clear. - car group advertised was a Jeep Cherokee - ended up with something (although in the size category) couldn't be included in the same category if car prestige was part of the criteria

- additional charges should be more clear during the booking process. I would much prefer to know all of the potential additional charges upfront at the time of booking
