Unlike other rental companies, they insisted on seeing my fuel receipt when returning the car. I refueled about 40 km away, and while the dashboard displayed a full 8 bars, they still claimed it wasn’t fully refueled and charged me a fuel penalty of about 25 euros. Today, I also received an email saying the fuel was short by 4.95 liters. Other companies only check the fuel gauge when returning the car, but this was the first time I encountered a company that verifies receipts and fuel station locations. Moreover, when I picked up the car, the dashboard also showed 8 bars. How could I know if the car was completely full when I got it? In any case, I won't rent from this company again.
