We mistakenly left something in the car when we dropped it off. Tried to phone office, but phone message was that it was after hours even though it wasnt. Did managed to get the item returned the next day.

Easy, would use again.

Sat nav would have been great

there was no problem picking and dropping off but I did forget my disabled badge in the car and as soon as I remembered I went back and the car was not there. Now forgetting any items is fine but I depend on that disabled badge and I was told the car is gone I had to put a claim in for the lost item was it really hard for the staff to just check the car after us in just a second and take the badge to the office or just leave it aside.

Front desk staff did a hard sell of various insurance and other add on options, being aggressive almost to the point of being unpleasant
