Then they came up with another trick, printing out an invoice with a 260 yuan fee and asking me to sign it. When I asked what the fee was for, that attempt also failed. Frustrated and angry, they told me to wait an hour to pick up the car (because I arrived an hour early, and it was previously agreed that I could return the car an hour early as well).

Very satisfied. I booked a seven-seater car, but after picking it up and loading the luggage, I discovered it only had six seats. I drove back to exchange the car, and the staff were happy to assist.
