car not clean,many scratch,breaks have sound,they took money even after I made full tank

About Budget: 3.7 /10
1-the car was exhausted with many scratches and breaks sounds. 2-I requested them to check tire pressure but they didn’t, I did It myself. 3-they didn’t show me the car scratches at pick up only they gave me the paper. 4-I felled the tank but they charged me 50 Turkish Lira. 5-they speaks very little English. 6-car requested was different. 7-lady at counter was professional but with little English.
