Counter service staffs were extremely friendly. Skeptical of them at first due to the number of comments on how they tried to made renters pay the damages after return. Certainly did encounter the staff deliberately try to find a damage upon returning. Therefore do drive safely, to ensure yourself a safe ride and a "safe" return condition. Overall recommended to go ahead and rent with them :)

Easy to find the counter. Car is clean and comfortable. Reasonable price.

I did not receive the booking voucher, thus dropped a request to the customer service to resend me the voucher. Customer service called me the next day and resolved my problem. Good service and definitely recommendable.

The AC was not that cold.
