The worst rental experience ever!

Absolutely the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had!! The charges that we had agreed to through Easy Rent Cars were only the beginning. We were surprised to learn that we HAD to buy RIGHT CAR liability insurance even though I produced the documentation from my Canadian insurance company stating that I was covered (add approx $25.00 to our final bill) They then proceeded to inform me that we had no choice but to purchase the SUNPASS and that would be another $10 per day of rental. The car was less than clean when we got it and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming!! The gas tank was at 3/4 full, when we got it also! When traveling on the highway the car felt like the front wheels were going to fall off and we were afraid to go over 55 mph. The car rental that was suppose to be $52.34 Canadian ended up costing us over $100.00 $US when Right cars were finished with the bill! Anyone considering renting from this firm ... save yourself some money and frustration ... rent from a reputable agency. It was an extremely frustrating start to a vacation!! Never again!!!

“Right Cars was HORRIBLE”

After completing the paperwork and being told that the coverage on my BMW M6 wasn't enough to cover the Nissan compact I was renting, the agent tried to tell me I HAD to get their insurance. I had called my insurance company (USAA) before my trip and they assured me my coverage was sufficient. When I told the agent (W. Curri) I would check with my credit card company to make sure everything was legit, he said he would not rent me the car and pulled back all of the paperwork. Leaving me stranded and scrambling for another car. I will NEVER do business with this company again and if asked, I will tell any/everybody about my horrible experience with them.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

It would’ve been helpful to know that the place was closed on sat! The day I’m supposed to return the car! Had no idea what to do with car, keys etc. and had to Uber to the airport!!
