I found it difficult to know who I had to contact to get a transfer from the Airport to the Car hire place. It would have been easier if those details were in the booking email.

“The vehicle was awesome and the service was fantastic but when they question my payment I don't like”

The trip and the vehicle was excellent but the East coast Rental question me about where I paid money too. Even now they contact me that they are having an investigation upon my rental. They said that if they won't get their money from you guys they will charge my credit card with a full amount of $300+. If you could please sorted it out. Thanks

Unhappy with not having our rental on Friday night, we end up calling some family they already sleep to pick us up.

The car was in great condition. 5 stars. It had safety features included in it which was a plus. The car was almost ready on arrival. They had to fit the baby seat but didn’t take long. The counter staff during drop off was courteous helpful and excellent. The lady during pickup was ok, had cigarette and smelled of smoke.

It’s easy to use. Did not have enough time for the price protector to work but the discount on rental did help
