The operation hours of the drop off place was incorrect (the office opens 24 hours even in the Christmas day and the day after).

I have reserved limousine class but got universal.. I have reserved bmw and got mersedes...

The drop off email could describe more specific . No postal code. And the first instruction about the drop off location is wrong. The way to return the car is different between the real way. The letter says “put the key to the key box of the branch in the Frankfurt station”. Instead I return the key to the staff on the parking lot.

En la recogida en el aeropuerto de Munich, el personal fue muy antipático y cortante, aunque eficiente. En el interior del coche había restos de comida, y de algún líquido pegajoso, pero lo dijimos y nos lo limpiaron antes de salir. El punto de recogida no estaba en donde ponía la documentación, y necesite cuatro llamadas para que me diesen una nueva dirección. Esto me hizo perder tiempo y consumir gasolina, pero no me penalizaron por ello.
