Best experience wirh Europcar over and over again

Zły, noeprecyzyjny opis lokalizacji biura na terminalu a załączona mapka wprowadza w błąd. Chodzi o lokaliza ję na terminalu. Lokalizacja odbioru samochodu, czas otwarcia biura we Frankfurcie nad Odrą nieprzychylny dla klienta. Parkowanie samochody po jego odstawieniu i oddanie kluczyków na sga ji benzynowej odległej o 5 km to jakaś ogromna pomyłka. Tymbardziej, że odbywa się to tylko do godz. 21.00 A co z oddaniem samochodu po tym czasie? Ja musiałem czekać do rana na otwarcie biura. To wiązało się z koniecznością nocowania w hotelu i opóźnieniem mojej dalszej podróży. To wymaga koniecznej poprawy a ja osoboście jestem bardzo niezadowolony z takiego obrotu spraw.

Tiresome when they say there is a small chip of 0.0001 mm but it's ok you will not be charged. It's annoying and condescending. I have this comment each time with Europcar and never with Hertz at the same location where I hire at least twice a month.

Everything good, only when we drop off theres a little scratch that we dont know about it (nothing happened) and it didnt mentioned in the form too. They said its up to europcar germany (we rent in germany and drop off in switzerland. We dont know is it going to be charge to us or not, hopefully not. If not charged so we give 100 for our experience with europcar.

About price drop thing, we didnt experience anything. But i cancel my first booking because we found out that the price is lower after 1-2week, so we cancel and rebook with the new lower price

Pick up of car in a dark car park - hard to see any damage. There was damage on the wheel trims, which I took a photo of. The drop off location was very well lit, and the Europcar team said the wheel damage was caused by us. Fortunately I was able to show the photo evidence of the damage being there on pick up, but thought that the whole process was corrupt by Europcar. With the dark car park for pick up so we can't easily see damage when we pick up, but very well lit to help them in the drop off car park. Probably will not use Europcar again in the future - for this dirty con trick they tried.
