They gave me a smaller car than what it was reserved. They said the car I was getting was bigger than what I reserved. I reserved a Jeep Cherokee or similar and was given a Jeep Compass. My trip was so uncomfortable because of this

The customer service was truly awful. Charges came out of the woodwork, the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was horrible until checking in. Khan, checking it in was very kind. Everyone else was either useless or worse.

Dislike: that the airplane was late and the counter closes at 12 midnight. this cause me to get a ride more than 30 miles away and get a ride back later on in the day
