The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. “TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

“Unclean car, forced to take extra insurance, car falling apart, junk in trunk, and very dirt.”

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

Sous de fausse information ils ont tenté de mettre de la pression pour l'achat d'une Sunpass et ils ont chargé à notre insu une assurance optionnelle (dommage physique) non obligatoire (déjà couvert avec carte de crédit et assurance privée) après l'avoir signaler au commis ce dernier n'a rien corrigé. Il a dit que nous pouvions annuler la location. j'ai annulé!! Je n'avais pu confiance en RIGHT CARS et son commis. J'ai porté plainte a Easy rentcars pour être rembourser (processus toujours en cours)
