The Kia rental didn't have spare tire. The tire blew while driving on 95 North in Florida with no low air pressure warning. We had to get tow truck to tow to tire shop to replace tire. We missed flight by 5 minutes and it cost us $500 dollars since Routes didn't provide shuttle as promised to us in timely manner and shouldn't have trusted Routes personal. Instead of relying on shuffle I should have booked Lyft or Uber

“First car had a large crack in windshield and back bumper was damaged. Scratches all over car.”

Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
