Car provided wasn't as advertised. The car received was good but I needed more space for bags, hence had to take more trips and cost me more. The pick up wait was over an hour. The drop off time was smooth and quick. If you could lower your prices more, this would help me book more.

Car was in a great condition, staff were helpful, zero problems throughout the whole process. The pick-up point being a shuttle bus ride away from the airport was a minor inconvenience, but as long as you take the time into account it's not an issue.

Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times.
