When we arrived there was some confusion with what we had already paid to what we were quoted and expected to pay on the Qeeq site. I think this could be a lot clearer during the booking process with Qeeq.
Another annoyance was the size of the car we picked up. A Kia Soul is no where near the same size and a VW Passat. However when querying this I was told they were in the same car class. This should be a lot clearer during the booking process. If a car is going to be as small as a Kia Soul we needed to know so we could have booked a car to the size we needed.
The biggest delay to our journey was that our child seat did not fit the car we were supplied. The Kia Soul has a built in head rest which obstructed the route for the rear anchor point to be connected. We needed to swap out the car so we could safely fit the car seat. Dollar staff were very helpful and swapped our car. However having to que again and explain the situation meant the whole process took over 90 minutes. As you can imagine adding this time onto an already length journey with a young child caused some distress.
We feel there should be some safeguard that car seats fit the car supplied. A VW Passat would have accommodated this child car seat.
Twice now used budget and twice the screwed me over on the final bill, always additional charge with no explanation or justification.

Platform is good, customer service access is reachable and they try to help, however still waiting on feedback for my refund on my last booking, i have been charged extra 10% but no actual reason why from Budget and reached out to Qeeq team and still waiting on feedback
The car was great, brand new- the only issue was that I had reserved a smaller vehicle since I don't like driving big ones and this was very large - all they had left.
It took a long time at the rental due to the number of people in line and only a few employees at first.

Everything went smoothely. There were no additional price drops but the price was good to start. The rental company said I had rented as a foreigner and not American and I should be careful in the future. I really don't know what they meant.
I rent a Kia Spotage and first they wanted me to have a mustang then I asked for a Kia and brought me a Toyota with 59,000 miles . OLD and not nice .
The employer was not kind .

The online booking was easy. The shuttle from airport to car rental place was a very long wait! We saw many other shuttle companies multiple times before ours showed up- which was disappointing- the driver was super nice tho.
When we got there the people at the desk wanted our insurance policy for 3rd party rentals- which I got the email saying that BUT what they didn’t say was for how much! We had $100,000 covered but you wanted (and only provided this info on a sign when we walked into the car rental place) you wanted $300,000 and I believe not many people have that much coverage for a car rental b/c what car are you renting that cost $300,000! Therefore for us not to be stuck at the car rental we had to pay MORE money! Which was not in our budget!

The car was very noisy and when noticed it was too late and far to return to replace. It appears that had been used extensively before, almost 100,000 miles. I was busy in my business purposes and short in time to call or replace it during the trip
Also the size of it was seem smaller and not at the level in the order of mid-size SUV.

Terrible service and I will never use Avis again. They overcharged me for fuel, included unexplained charges and incorrectly informed me on charges for a GPS. I plan to complain to their head office on the numerous inconsistencies in charges.
It was my first time using the company, and if their intention was to never get me to do business through them again, then they succeeded.
Great service. One bit of feedback is that i couldn't actually find on any communication which car rental company was being used by QEEQ so i had to contact customer services to know which counter to go to.

The questions here on qeeq are very misleading. Somehow it gives a score of 7, yet where is the question about whether I was ripped off or not? On that can I give -10 score? I brought the car back with a full tank with evidence to prove yet they charged me 19 gallons x ~$3.50 x 2 (133 usd) after I got on the plane. Hoping this is an honest mistake but no response from Budget this far. So essentially l my booking cost doubled.

The price booked for did not at all represent the price I paid. Thus far I have paid both Qeeq and Budget so the prepay has not be discounted. This again might be Budget's fault but it makes me lose faith in booking via an aggregate site rather than direct.

The issue at the Budget counter was....we were in Mexico when I booked and Budget had a problem with that...they didn't say why...just the way it was. The lady was bitchy and rude
