NORWAY CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

The car and customer service were good. The extras in the bill ( insurance, additional driver, etc) were not explained at pick up and were a surprise at the end.

I asked for a manual transmission car but was given an automatic. On discovering this I had to go back to the office. They said no manual ones available so he kindly showed me how to operate the automatic.

Counter staff excellent. Looks like they gave us an upgrade as couldn’t believe the car they gave us for the price.

The car was automatic and hybrid, that was a good surprise

Car was upgraded for free & exceeded expectations. Easy to find rental counter and pick up was easy and straight forward with friendly staff. Drop off could have been better, had a query relating to charges but staff at drop off unable to assist, possibly due to it being a Sunday.

Good booking platform, but did get confused into agreeing to a subscription model and membership with second booking, but decided to stay to see what savings could be achieved even with paying for membership. However have been very pleased with customer service as due to a flight cancellation car pick up was later than arranged on a Saturday & rental company needed to be liaised with which QEEQ did very well.

Due to land at 11pm and car hire closed at 11.30, so relieved after 3 hour delay to find Hertz had stayed open for us - although charged c£50 surcharge which I will claim back from the Carrier.

Les véhicules proposés sont pratiquement neuf, d’une excellente propreté et très sécuritaires. Le personnel est agréable et prend le temps lors du retrait et facilite le retour si c’est en dehors des horaires d’ouverture. Je recommande grandement !!!

The Avis counter staff were WONDERFUL. The car had a dent in it that was unnoticed by their review, so I have to sort that out because they think I didn't (but I didn't), and the vehicle needed replacement of some fluid during the trip that I shouldn't have had to deal with. So I don't think their maintenance/vehicle care team is strong. But they credited me at the counter for the cost of the fluid I had to purchase, so that was good.

Got an upgrade for a nice Volvo S60.

I have returned the car on the 19 and i there should refund money to my card, however till today i did not receive the money

We requested for a Toyota Corolla or similar but got a pseudo-SUV (Ford Kuga) which was awesome! Pickup and drop-off were totally fuss-free and staff were really friendly.

No qualms at all! Policies/Insurance could've been better explained and differentiated but nothing majorly misunderstanding.

La voiture était très propre , dommage qu’elle n’était pas équipée de pneus cloutés ( étrange ) surtout pour circuler sur les routes glacées norvégiennes....Le retour du véhicule est succinct, il n’y a aucun contrôle du loueur ...

The car given was a new Toyota Corolla estate . The car had no traction power at all. Not suitable to drive in a snowy condition

The personnel at Europcar were super helpful and informative.

There is no audi a3 available, so they put me through on a Toyota rav4, which is good enough. I do suggest them to use studded tyres in Tromso area in winter time, the roads are very slippery.
