The process to get and return the vehicle is terrible, they try to force you get additional insurance even if you already have one. The car was very dirty and in terrible condition, scratches and dents everywhere and a larger hit in the front bumper. The inside wasn't any better, a broken handle to open the trunk, stained and dusty seats, I even had to clean the inside of the windshield because I couldn't see with the sunlight reflecting on the dirty windshield.
The car return was also a problem, first to find the right place because Hertz is not with the other car rental companies and I didn't see any sign that showed the correct path, when you get there you have to wait until their personnel goes to your car and verifies the gas level, condition of the car and keys which took a little more than 10 minutes, and after that you have to head into the office, make another line and close your contract, another 15 minutes.
In general, not a good experience
First car they gave me was a repaired one, all seats were dirty and smelled very very bad, kind of wet. Alamo's counter desk guy told me that the car is what I paid for and if I wanted something better the cost would go double; after one day of use I asked them to change the car (I rented because I needed to transport my new born baby from hospital to my mother in law's house) . They did change it three days after and all seats were dirty too smelled like wet too, the air conditioner was better but not good enough. Honestly, I am completely not happy. I was expecting a clean, very good condition, secure and fully functional car and did not happen with the two cars they gave me. Thanks
The car was kind of old, got a 2017 model, the carpets in the trunk were torn and the car had scratches all around.
The service though was well above expectations and made up for the car being sold and badly kept

Initially wanted to charge a "safety deposit" of 12,000 USD on our American Express Platinum card. No kidding. Then want to charge us $140 extra for LIA coverage. Lists displayed publicly were showing a different price (lol). Agent told us listings were outdated just to have us pay more. We found the listings were perfectly valid, so he made up another excuse (lol). After showing detailed coverage included with the card and losing almost one hour, agent "mysteriously" discovered an insurance package for half the price (he entered manually a 60% discount... which means he knew exactly what he was doing). Borderline scammy. Drop off went super well with a nice lady but pickup left a bitter taste.
Très bonne véhicule. Pourtant, à la réception, il y avait trop d'attente pour finalement recevoir la véhicule et il y avait des charges surprises (frais excessif pour 2e conducteur et dépôt pour essence--le dépôt était remboursé à la fin).

Très bonne expérience pour trouver une bonne véhicule à un bon prix.
el único problema que tuvimos fue que cuando en Hertz nos ofrecieron seguros adicionales, al darnos el precio no especificaron que era por día y nosotros pensamos que era el precio para el total de la reserva. Por lo que, una vez firmado el contrato y darnos cuenta del asunto, tuvimos que volver a la sucursal de Hertz a cancelarlo porque era un precio muy alto.
Además, todos los teléfonos de atención al cliente que tienen terminan derivándote a la web y no puedes hablar con nadie...

The car was not the one we choose, so the insurance was more expensive. The car was delivered 1h after the rental agreement. The interior of the car was very dirty.

My car not available during pick up. They upgraded the car to 8 seater SUV which is very convenience for us. The font staff try to upsell insurance. I have bought the full coverage insurance with AXA n insisted not to buy the duplicate insurance from them.

EL proceso de renta es de mucha desconfoanza pero el vehiculo viene muy peromuy golpeado , con varios golpes , nunca me habia tocado una unidad asi, su funcionamiento estaba bien pero la estetica por golpes era muy mala !!!! creo que no deben exhibir asi los carros que representan su marca.
