We first got a much smaller car than I had booked. Waited for three hours to get the right car. Terrible experience.

Like: Quick and efficient pick up and drop off. Easy to find the rental desk and drop off on return through Europe Car was very good.
Dislike: The car was fine, but not the make or model I was expecting.

We were very happy with the overall experience of the car. Just a bit put off by the request to drop off car in clean condition otherwise a 80 euro cleaning fee would apply. It's just added stress to find a car wash on top of filling up the tank.

The car exceeded my expectations. I paid for a mini sized car and got an SUV - Peugeot 2008 with 1995km on the clock, so pretty much brand new. The only suggestion from me to Hertz would be, since it is an international company, to provide the paperwork to a client in English on demand, regardless in which country the branch is. I was asked to sign the paperwork that was entirely in French so had to take the clerk's word for what I was signing. That is not a professional way to do it.

Nous sommes très satisfaits. Voiture récente de qualité. Le seul bémol l’extérieur de la voiture sale à la récupération, donc difficile d’évaluer les griffes ou bosses et jauge non complète. Retour de véhicule super rapide

Les voitures proposées étaient fortement rayées et très sales alors qu’il n’y avait pas d’affluence. Personnel pas très agréable à la prise du véhicule.

La voiture attribuée ne correspondait pas tout à fait à la catégorie réservée. Le C4 Cactus me semble plus petit que la 2008 et le volume du coffre n'était pas suffisant pour accueillir l'ensemble des bagages.
