The car was dirty and not cleaned. It was a long wait and they were interested in selling the insurance. A pathetic argument was brought that my insurance is for Calgary only, so you had to buy the insurance from Zoom.

Car was not ready on pick up hence I paid for a 3rd day unnecessarily

Only fault was the car was not ready for pick up and we had to wait for it.

Could not work out how to get the price drop protection?

The counter staff were helpful and glad they understood I was in a tearing hurry as I was rushing to the airport while returning the car. Car was in perfect condition and a drivers delight. Thanks

Excellent car though it had too large an engine that I was not aware of therefore high fuel consumption. Nevertheless the quality of the car was excellent and service provided by Routes was very good

Initial millage was 1750km per day but they reduced it to 1700km for three days which I wasn't happy about.

I had a fantastic experience here. Very fast service, not the most friendly but I would rather quicker service anyway! The shuttle bus worked very well and ran every 15 minutes, only took 5 mins to get to the terminal. I had a lovely brand new car. Booked economy size (voucher stated Toyota Yaris hatchback or similar) and received a huge Kia Forte sedan! It was great :-) No unexpected extras, would definitely rent here again

Terrible service. Due to a credit card machine issue on their end, we waited over an hour to have our rental processed. No apologies from staff. Terrible.

The counter staffs are not friendly and helpful. Didn’t give me time for questions.

Car exceeded my needs

Booked car not available. When asked staff simply said not available. Does not have any regrets towards not supplying requested car.

Until now my experience is good. It will become best if your company really help me to claim my insurance cover as mentioned while buying the same. Let’s hope.

On line the hours were 7:00 am opening however the shop did not open until 7:30, so we had to wait half hour until we were able to pick up the car. Otherwise everything was great! Quick service, clean car. We will book again. hank you

First, they did not have a full size car. I ended up with a Honda civic which was too small. I had to spent a lot of time to convince the guy that I booked a full size car. Then with so many things going on, I forgot to ask my drivers license back before I drove away. I wish they could remind me. The vehicle was in good condition, its jut not what I booked
