the car was good and it was value for money. the staff when i picked up the car was not so enthusiastic in serving me but the guys at the drop off were great. they even offered to drive me to the airport in the same car that i rented so i dont have to bring down our things (as we had a lot of luggage)

i actually booked for a sedan with large trunk space at first but then i realized i needed a bigger car. i was able to cancel my first request then was able to book a bigger car with ease. it was really great service by easyrentcars.com and i would definitely use the service again. thank you

It took a long time to take car and they don’t have toll tags. Service rep is lousiest one I ever met.

Like: Quick pick up and return
Dislike: up sold on gas that was way more than would fill the tank

Counter Person was not as friendly.

One shortcoming; the rental dropped almost immediately from full within a few miles.

The car smelled horrible had to drive back down to car rental place and exchange it

Counter staff were super friendly and accommodating. Car was awesome.

The rear luggage area had not been cleaned, some sort of crushed rock. I cleaned it. Highly unusual. I noticed a small crack in the Passenger side read tail light when I picked it up. Otherwise great rental, it served our purpose very well.

Very pleased with the service. Received free vehicle upgrade at pick-up time.

I found it to be quite seamless. There was no price drop. Disappointed that rentals aren't approved if over the age of 65.
