The car wreaked of smoke. I tried to return it for something else and was advised Payless doesn’t guarantee non-smoking cars. What? I had this car for a week traveling to and from my daughters volleyball tournament all week. This meant my family would have to inhale this second hand smoke all week long. Your company name should be Careless not Payless because I ended up paying more for a roomier car when other agencies offer roomier cars within the same class. And of course Carelss again for your substandard, second-class and negligent service to customers who do not smoke. Unacceptable!

Like: We were able secure a good rate early in the process.
Dislike: The staff member basically worked alone getting people their cars. People were interrupting her about every little thing.

The van was dirty inside and out. Then they tried to pin a crack in the windshield that was there when we picked the van up.

Car was not Fusion. Substituted mid Suv . Worked out fine. Never got final bill. Believe amt charged was notbsamevas reservation made w Easy.

Not sure got same rate as reserved. Pls compare.

Like: the color of the car, Was comfortable, gas mileage was good
Dislike: my bad, I drive a pickup in the Colorado Mtns. driving a small car in the city freaks me out. I almost reserved a pickup. Everything on your part was great

Thrifty charged me for an entire extra day. Still waiting a week later on the refund.

Wasn't able to provide me with printed receipt at dropoff. Otherwise good.

The process was very easy, but the cars they had for economy was not the greatest. The first car I got had 40K miles on it and no cruise control. I had to practically beg to get a car with cruise control, which was a Volkswagen Bug, which was fine but not a typical rental vehicle. I'd use them again, but would try to for a higher class car.

Easy peasy, particularly on the app! Great rewards program I hope to use more!

Like: It was the best and easiest car rental I’ve ever had they were friendly and worked with me when I was running late for pick up. Very responsible and respectful. Thanks I will be renting from here if I need anything else in the Indianapolis area!

We reserved a full size car and when we went to pick it up, the car that we were told when booking, we were told that the cars had been reclassified and it was now in the next size up so we were given a smaller car. We almost didn’t get all of our luggage in the trunk.

Dislike: I didn't realize I was renting it for a week, wouldn't rush back from trip
