KOH SAMUI CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Had to wait a bit as there was another customer ahead of us in the queue when we were picking up the car but the staff were very courteous and tried hard to speed things up once it was our turn. The car was pretty new with around 5,000km on the clock so that was a nice surprise as we are used to getting older high mileage cars when we have opted for the fully insured package. Returning the car was a bit confusing but that was more the setup of the Koh Samui airport rather than National itself. Many thanks! P/S: the 10,000 Baht deposit taken on your credit card at the point of pick-up will take 2 weeks to be refunded so be aware that is the case!

Good experience with Easyrentcars.com. Did not really see the results from the price tracker but will try it next time.

Like: Easy pick up and return car.
Dislike: Hard to understand Thai English accent.

Took a bit long to on the day of picking up but took very short time on the drop off(different bay).

Like: On the 3rd days night the car not battery, so they change another car in the next morning to me. 24 hours call line

Needle was slightly below F mark when car returned and was driven to nearby petrol station to fill it. Cost 1/5th of the cost of filling full tank elsewhere the previous day- a Scam!

We arrived at the airport for a 9:30 am flight. What exactly t9 do with the vehicle was not so clear. It appears to have worked, but would be nice to have some kind of consensus nicely confirmation before leaving the country.
