There was one poor guy doing his best, with angry Russian customers before me and a car for us that we did not order. Poor information on where to find the car. The cooling system worked badly over time, but overall it was an OK experience

Service pro, peu de choses à redire.. hormis que la climatisation fonctionnait mal, mais surtout quelle sotte idée (stressant donc pour le client..) de louer un véhicule dont le remplissage du réservoir est sur la réserve!!

J’ai perdu ma journée à cause de l’attente pour trouver le véhicule et la la livraison 3 heures . J’ai réservé un dockker 4p il m’ont donner une petite clio???? J’ai refusé et à partir de là ça commence le retard. Imaginez vous je viens du Canada avec ds petit enfants puis nous attendions 3 heures dans le stationnement de l'aéroport du Casablanca pour mon véhicule en question?

Will i could not get my car i rent cos they changed the categories and the stuff wasn’t that understanding

Car only had 34,000km and was in perfect condition. Only it was not fully cleaned and the tank was ¼ full when the booking stated full to full.

demand from your car rental to be more informative with their customers, almost you have to pull the information out instead of being provided as good business that add value!

Like: I was very happy with the rental company in Morocco that we rented from through Easy Rent Cars.
Dislike: I didn't like that the hold on my credit card took more than 3 weeks to get removed. The customer service agent from Easy Rent Cars was not helpful at all about this.

Car had tons of scratches (consistent with the average condition of cars in Morocco though) however the hertz inspector took care to document all of them before we got the car. We were not informed/reminded about road tolls which caused us some complications being ill-prepared with no cash on hand. The hertz inspector also did not speak english and we had to find instructions online how the keyless system worked in our rental car. Upon return of the car there was no signs for rental cars, mostly an airport problem though rather than fault of hertz. Overall we got the car we expected and we had no issues with it during our stay, just some logistics and service around the rental experience that could be improved.

The car was good and new i love it just was it small and i needed to pay more extra a day to get better one

I was shocked beacuse they charge me extra 540 MD it’s about 75$ CD & when I asked why they answer it’s insurance fee so total I pay 55.92$CD+75$CD. That’s really high price for rent simple car for 3 days only

He made the whole experience great!

I wait for a long time to get the car, after inspection I discovered that there is no light in the car. Then I wait an additionnal time to have an other car. In total I had to wait about 2 hours.

Personne pour m accueillir a l arrivee. J appelle et la fille arrive 30mn apres elle m emmene dans un endrait "glauque" du parking de l aerport et j attends 40mn avec plein de types loiches qui tournent. Elle me demande en plus de l argent. Au final on le fait un contrat sur le capot de la voiture et au moment de prendre la caution avec leur tpe celuici refuse toutes mes cartes. Resultat: je vais ds le terminal et loue une voiture un peu plus chere autre part j ai perdu presque 2h dans l operation. Le prix c est bien mais ca ne fait pas tout. Vraiment une tres mauvais experience.

I had to wait out side by the parking lot and it was to hot and every time i call them they tell me one mint somone will be there the mint become over 60mint

Friendly staff and convenient pick up just a short walk outside terminal. They did however forgot to mention you needed to return the car washed. At drop off they wanted to charge €20 for cleaning and pointed at a paper ion the counter with small letters that stated such. I told them this was unfair that I could’ve washed the car just moments ago for €3 when I stopped to fill up the tank. After much convincing they lowered it to €10, still too much but at this point I needed to go.

La compagnie devait être rejoint par téléphone à notre arrivée, ce qui complique les choses. Après leur avoir parlé, ils nous demandaient d'attendre dans un très grand espace. Nous avons attendu près d'une heure, mais les gens de la location n'étaient toujours pas là. Nous avons du rappeler les gens. Finalement, une personne qui n'est pas de la compagnie nous a amener dans le parking désigné et a rappelé les gens de la compagnie pour une 3e fois. Nous avons finalement trouvé les gens responsable. Il n'y avait pas de kiosque avec le nom de la compagnie. Seulement 4 jeunes adultes qui nous faisaient signer des papiers et payer les montants dans le garage sur le bord d'un mur de béton. C'était très louche. Le processus a été très long, mais nous avons finalement récupéré la voiture. La voiture était égratignées à plusieurs endroits mais il n'y a eu aucun problème avec la mécanique durant le voyage.

Had to look around and ask 3 to 4 people where they were located . They were in the car park but there was no visible sign , maybe a sign 10/12 ft high up so people can see where to go . Also drop off location was quite difficult to find . Overall booking and car was good .
