Great car, great service. The car was brand new. I couldn't get a better deal.

Dislike: Staff on the desk were very uptight and unhelpful Car described for 5 luggage where it fit 4 only St the beginning the staff gave me lower class car claiming it’s the same class and he said he’s not responsible for anything the agency promised

Like: The BMW SERIES 2 Grand Tourer that we eventually obtained was excellent, but we had to pay extra for the upgrade from the Citroen C4 Picasso which we had ordered and was not available.
Dislike: When we arrived in Vienna, we were told that no Citroen C4 Picasso was available: we had chosen this car because of its large luggage capacity. There are four of us, with 3 large suitcases plus carry-ons. We were offered a Mercedes A class as an alternative, and then a B class, which we went up and inspected, but neither had sufficient luggage space. We were not prepared to pay substantially extra to upgrade to a 7 seater people carrier. Eventually the Hertz agent remembered that he had a BMW Series 2 Grand Tourer available, which proved to be excellent. However he said he was unable to give us a free upgrade, so after friendly attempts to persuade him, we reluctantly accepted the extra charge (42 euros + VAT).

Like: They are fast and helpful. Car is brand new.

all OK, however I believe I was not happy that they charged me for a scratch which you can't notice at all at the time of picking up the car. Not myself nor the staff could have seen this. I am surprised the staff noticed this when I dropped back the car. I told them this is hardly anything and not at all caused by me, it must have been there already. When I took the car it was evening so you can't even notice it. They did not want to believe and charged me Euro 558 for something which if they want to fix is negligible amount. I am sure it is so negligible they will not at all fix and keep as is. You can't charge such a huge amount, it is not reasonable and not fair in any sense. I

just needing to note that to drive in Austria, you will need your international licence. we got a brand new car! the experience was lovely

This is 6km away from Airport but price is much cheaper! You just need to call them to pick up.

It is easy to use and you can cancel anytime. Always give you best price! super.

The car was great.

The car was wonderful and nicely maintained. Extremely happy about the overall experience of the car. The staff was courteous too.

Very easy to compare and book cars. All queries were promptly addressed. Will come back to easyrentcars next time as well.

Vehicle condition is not correct, brakes are bad!
