Picking up process was quick and simple, as was the drop off process. However the inside of the car was not very clean. Ironic seeing as there was a card on the dash, saying “clean and safe”
Like: It was great having the car ,we did travel every day . Dislike: We had a very dirty car ,so very difficult to see if there was any damage prior to taking the car .
I got an upgraded car because the one I had ordered wasn't available. The collection and drop-off service was timely and excellent. It was quite a long walk from the terminal at Newquay airport to the collection point so bear this in mind if you have mobility problems.
