Very good service told the guy ( jameel ) I am used to driving a truck he gave me a brand new truck... Both people were very pleasant..

The reps would not even let me go back to the van and search for my eye glasses that dropped somewhere on the floor -- they insisted that I file a lost and found claim!!!

The car was excellent value for money, in great condition and economical, very happy with the vehicle provided.

Like: Staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.
Dislike: Car was located in a congested parking area so it was somewhat difficult to get it out. Needed a spotter.

The agent talked us into an upgrade which was not much more and we really enjoyed it.

Car smelled like weed picking up. Brought back to airport and had staff watching YouTube prior to helping me. They swapped for a van and the van had low tire pressure.

Got upgraded as they couldn't find a GPS. They were very accomodating.

Vehicle did not have a key fob. Vehicle was not inspected on return for damage.

I am watching to make sure no surprise charges are made.

They charged me more for insurance and roadside assistance that i did not request and i told him i don’t want them and he still added them without telling me.

Hertz gave me higher rate than what I got the deal on EasyRentCars. Very DISAPPOINTED

The price quoted from easy rent a car was 266.00 and the price charged was 416.00. Plus the agent claimed they have the cheapest gas so bring the car back empty and they would fill it. Not true! Their gas was more expensive than many places in the area.

When I arrived at the counter, the first problem was the type of car they had for me. I specifically rented a Chevy Impala, but was told I was getting a Ford Fusion. When I asked why I wasn't getting an Impala, the girl told me they don't have Impalas, and acted like they don't even carry them. I reluctantly agreed to the Fusion, but then was told there is a $500 deposit because I'm a local! Why? That's the company's policy. Period. I'm a 64-year old grandmother, so are they afraid I'll take it? Makes absolutely no sense. So, I asked if there was a rental agency that did not charge a deposit. No. Okay, who has a smaller deposit? Well, you can try them (pointing to Dollar/Thrifty) or them (pointing to Avis). I walked to the next counter (Dollar/Thrifty) and asked for an Impala and how much was their deposit. Yes on the Impala with a $200 deposit. I was going to a funeral about 300 miles away, and didn't trust my older car, so it was important to me to have a comfortable car. I will NEVER do business with Fox again.
