RHODES AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

On arrival night there was no meet and greet,i phoned the number provided it did not ring out. I asked a taxi driver if he knew goldcar lucky he did I had to pay him 10 euros. When I got to goldcar the guy charged me 21 euros extra I don’t know why he tried to explain but I could not understand him not happy with hidden charge,I had the full insurance and brought the car back full tank but did not get my 21 euros back.

Counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off smooth and straightforward. Cars were as expected.

We were 'strongly' advised to take out extra insurance. It started out at 140 euros on top of our rental charge, however after haggling we got it down to 105 euros - providing we paid in cash!!! Beware and be prepared.

Customer service is friendly and courteous and their cars are clean, newer model vehicles. Highly recommend.

I paid for a car with 60 40 back seat split so I could fit 3 people and a rented bike in. They didn't have one so my plans were rather ruined. Other thha that it was fine

Brilliant Service Flight delayed 7 hours still able to pick up car at 2am with no fuss (although 25 euro out of hours cost - which will get easy jet to refund). Would 100% use them again. No extra cost's like most others try too.

Would use again liked the price quoted was price paid not hidden extras charged on arrival.

Like: Friendly staff, good car, good price, the company is in airport, took maximum 10 minutes till we were in the car already.
Dislike: The gasoline supposed to be full to full, but it was only up 6/8 !!! It means when you return the car it’s hard to fill up the same and usually people return it with more. I find it cheating from companie.

Green Motion were uncontactable. We were not arriving on a flight because we were already on Rhodes so we needed to contact them regarding picking up the car at the airport. We tried 17 times and got no reply from Green Motion. A lady from a different car rental company helped us to find them. This is not a good start to a car hire experience!!!

When we arrived to pick the car up we were told we had to pay a further €160 or we could not take the car. Drive said it was the fault of easyrentcars.com. We then had to call easyrentcars. After 40 minutes on the phone no solution was offered. We then discovered the call was to Singapore. UK Mobile to Singapore!!!
