Good company, but signs led us to doing quite a lot of searching. Please tell other customers it is on the top of the parking block and the airport exit number.

I clarified prior to booking the car to make sure that I can drive the car into Bosnia and I even clarified again when I picked up the car. Everyone said there won't be any issues, but I was not able to enter Bosnia when I came to the boarder. It's in the law that a original green card is needed to enter Bosnia. Alamo just gave me a copy and said it will be good enough. I had to leave the car and get a taxi to Bosnia and rent another car. I do want a refund on the car.

Too few staff, those there were good, but unable to meet the demand hence slow service. Parking in ecovia area limited, had to double park, nobody there to check vehicle in.

The counter staff in Venice were very busy when we went to pick up our vehicle but they worked quickly to look after everybody as fast as possible. The only thing I thought could be improved would be signage directing people to the proper area to fill out the appropriate forms.

Everything at Easyrentcars worked flawlessly. We had no issues during the entire rental process. I did contact their customer service right after I booked to confirm we should expect no additional charges when picking up the vehicle. They promptly replied to me query and correctly told us what to expect.

Check-in took longer than usual as there were 7 customers ahead of me but when I got to the counter, my time there took about 5 minutes. The service Rep was professional and quick. No issues with the car (Fiat Panda). Drop-off was also quick, took less than 5 minutes, I will definitely rent from Sicily by Car again.

Inaccurate re pickup as stated on airport and it was off airport. Opening hours were inaccurate which meant we had to return our car earlier than we'd planned to otherwise they'd have been shut

Counter staff were horrendous. We had planned on adding a driver and potentially taking out extra insurance. The counter staff scoffed at us when she found out we ordered a panda. "good luck" was the response when she saw the buggy and intimated it would never fit. She also used the words "up sell" constantly without giving any insight into what we were getting in the up sell, just that we had to have it in order to get xxx. I work in tech sales and I would never ever tell a client "oh in order to get xxx you need to buy an upsell" invest in a consultative sales team. If the staff had of said something like "we can't offer xxx on the base package unfortunately, but we can upgrade you for £xx and you will be able to get what you want plus all these other benefits" the experience would have been far better.

We had booked a small van with a standart transmission because there was 4 of us with a lot of big luggage. When we got there, they only had a small van with an automatic transmission and they wanted to charge us $25.00 Euro per day extra. We ended up getting a SUV that barely fit all of our luggage. It was not what we asked for!

Once we found where to pick up the shuttle to the pick-up point, everything was very easy. The staff at the pick-up and drop-off point were fantastically helpful and kind. They deserve congratulations. The car was almost new and spotlessly clean. It was a first-rate rental experience.

Car was heavily chiped, dented and with two major dents which were not included on the condition report. Luckily this was picked up by me prior and was included on the report. Counter staff at pick up were trying to scare us to buy additional insurance despite knowing that we already bought this earlier from easyrentcars during booking.

Quick response from easyrentcars on booking. I was asked to provide two credit card, which luckily I had. IT would have been better if these things are mentioned in instruction.

Terrible customer service at the airport. Changed my vehicle for something I did not order online. They never answered my calls

Great experience; free shuttle to/from airport, no queue at pick up and speedy friendly service. Being away from airport made first few miles on wrong side of the road easy. Car as promised. Overall highly recommended.

I can't think of anything better you could do

Very disappointed that you consider a station wagon and a minivan to be the same class of cars. I booked my car very early to make sure you get it right. If you didn’t have a minivan available you should have given me a better car, not a worse one. I was tired, had three kids with me and no time to argue with the personnel but this is two times that I am renting a car in Italy and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer orientation those people have.

Everything was great, I shall use you guys again.
