차량 반납 후 렌트카 회사에서 유류대에 대한 청구서가 왔습니다. 반납할때 반납 처리 직원에게 픽업,반납 사진을 보여 주었는데 청구비용이 많다고 생각 됩니다.확인부탁드립니다.그리고 보증금 결제한거에 대한 정리 확인부탁드려요.관련 사진보내겠습니다.

I have just realised that I left my Apple airpods in the car when I dropped the car off. I have not been able to contact your Rome airport office to check if they have been found.

The pick up and drop off process was very smooth with good customer care from the staff, no trying to sell additional products etc. A very pleasant experience with Leasys.

Just had a credit card bill with additional £103 charge against my booking without explanation from car hire company - not happy. Would not use Leasy’s again. Will have to spend time to challenge through my credit card company

The car was only filled to 50%. I left it filled up.

Fantastic, very easy from start to finish!

The first car I was offered had damage on every panel, the heater/AC controls were faulty & the wiper blades were split. The second car, although had damage to the paintwork, everything else was ok. Staff was polite & changed the car without a fuss.

Booked model not available, we was upgraded to a Jeep Renegade luckily to fit all luggage. Nice staff, good rental experience.

waited 2 hours 10 minutes in que to collect the car. rude unhelpful staff.guy who gave me the car showed a plastic bit missing from bumper and a scratch on front wing. he said we know about these so don't worry. we waited 20 minutes for someone to accept the car when we came back. they then said the damage wasn't already there as they had no knowledge of it. I said speak to the guy who gave me the car, but he wasn't working that day. total shambles, would never ever use leasys again and if you use this sort of crap outfit I wouldn't use queen either

I have hired many cars in multiple locations. I can honestly say Leasys was the best experience from beginning to end. The staff were so helpful and a breath of fresh air. They were kind and patient with elderly clients who were having difficulty with an automatic car. I had to call twice during my hire and was assisted promptly and once again with a caring manner. All the staff spoke fluent English and this was a real help to me with my pigeon Spanish. I will definitely be using Leasys again and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Well done Alacante Leasys - you were an absolute pleasure and a real credit to your company. Full marks in all areas.

I had to wait almost one hour to get the car. There were two people serving the customers. At one point there was only one person at the counter. When I arrived I was second in line to be served and it took forever. Not a pleasant experience after a long trip! i must say that the return process was a breeze! fast and efficient!

Buena atención en el mostrador, oficina moderna y limpia. La devolución del coche es algo complicada, poca señalización y reducido espacio para la entrega. Coche nuevo e impecable.

Brand new Fiat 500. No Line. Efficient check out/in service. They offer longer term rental for which I will take advantage next summer!
