Better alternatives out there
Collection took over 40 minutes, which I wasn't expecting. Includes a DVLA and credit check, again I wasn't expecting as it was a business booking. Car wasn't ready at the time I booked for (had to wait 20 minutes for another car to be cleaned). The car I was given was a Peugeot 2008 with 60k miles and loads of scratches/dents/interior stains, so it had seen better days. Another customer was complaining about their car at the same time, and the counter staff weren't very professional about it, and honestly I didn't have time to complain. Drop off was quick and smooth for me, but overall I wouldn't hire again from Europcar or this venue.

ターミナル内の店舗ではなく、シャトルバスで移動した店舗だった。それが判明するまでに30分以上ロス。 また、移動先の店舗でも予約した車が違う人に渡ってしまっており、急遽別の車を借りることになった。 予定期間内に返却後も、延滞料金として数万円の追加請求された。最終的に追加請求分は返金されたが、最後まで不安が残った

Eurocar in Uzbekistan is not good.
They do not follow international standards. I have rented cars all over the world and the standard is that the company washes the car after the customer returns it and that the hold placed on the customers card is immediately lifted. This branch sucked though! They charged me extra money for not washing the car before I returned it. What kind of business model is this?! Terrible! They also informed me that I would have to wait 25-30 days for the hold on my card to be lifted. This causes me many problems as that decreases my available credit limit. Terrible!

Mr. Nabil. Great professional service at Europcar Geneva airport (French side )
rental counter was soso, the salesperson do not really explain the detail how to check the car or explain that customer must check within 2hrs if there any damage of the car..all in French and counter should explain to the customer but instead trying to sell customer many things.. however, the best staff at the pick up area is Mr. Nabil..he is very good, explain how to use the EV car as this is the first time i use EV car..he spent at least half hour explain how to use. This is customer service..Mr. Nabil should be manage the entire Europa at this division and should at least get bonus and get a good raise for his good attitude and services. Very professional..unlike the staff from the counter which is very poor service.

It was a good experience..
Europecar offered me a SERES3 EV. I asked them for another car such as Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, etc, but they said they have only Chinese EV cars or Tesla for extra 100 €. I didn't accept Tesla, and take Seres3. During my drive on the first day, the car had problem with electric system. I went to the Europcar Agency in Montpelier Airport. At the beginning they refused to change the car. I called Europcar Help Center and QEEQ help center but didn't contact to anybody. I resist to change the car and they accept to change the car with MG4. This EV car was OK and I completed my travel without another problems.

Very bad experience
The pickup process took longer than expected when compared to other companies I have dealt with before. Upon returning the car, the rental company informed me that there were scratches on the front disc wheel and charged me 171 euros. However, when I received the invoice via email, it stated that I only owed 140 euros.

With some weird experience at the begginign everything was fine and it was a great trip.
I needed to pay for 2h of parking at the airport when I've picked up the car or I would not exit, this was strange. Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.
