Our representative will be waiting for you with a sign in the arrival hall at the airport after your plane has arrived or every 20-30 minutes. Please wait close to the airport information desk(exit to the left) in the arrival hall. Our representative will take you to our office where you will pick up your rental vehicle. Please leave your phone number at the time of booking, as we may need to contact you if our staff do not see you at the meeting point. Counter staff at Lotus were extremely helpful and didn't unnecessarily push and extra insurance. They gave great tips on where to visit, as well as a thorough explanation of the rules of the road in Iceland. They don't look to charge you for hidden costs and return was painless with no worrying about car condition involved. Superb service - other car rental companies should take note and learn from Lotus.

friendly and efficient staff. nice car - free upgrade. quick and easy pick up and drop off. only point they could improve on was cleanliness and condition of child seats, one was quite dirty and another one was missing 4 point harness. resolved promptly though.

Lotus were superb. Very helpful on pick up, couldn't do enough for us. On return, I filled up the car around 50 Kilometers away. When I got back to the airport, I tried to top up the fuel to full, but there was issues at both garages I tried with accepting UK credit cards. Other travels were also having issues, pumps were not manned. So, I returned the car 85 % full. The guy at Lotus said 'don't worry, you tried, there will be no charge'. If this was the USA I would have been charged a full tank. Thanks you Lotus.

It is the worse car rental company in my travelling journey up to now!! Unreliability - I was booked a diesel used car for ten days more journey half-year before in order to economy fuel consumption , but only a gasoline car to be chosen.... Untruthful - The staff mislead much compensated cost instead of the fact as some damage to be found!

had to wait on the high end of the range for pickup at the airport, otherwise the car was great and the staff were helpful. they even drove us to our airport hotel when dropping off the night before, instead of only taking us to/from the airport itself
