Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3. Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Working hour Drop-off instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): Working hour return address: 152 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8053. Dropping off your rental car at our Christchurch Airport branch is super simple, the key things to remember are: 1. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Christchurch Airport branch is the Mobil station on 75 Orchard Road 2. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.

Pretty amateur operation, we got picked up from the airport on the kids school run!! The premises of YES were a bit dodgy, we wondered what we had got ourselves into. The staff were very friendly, it was quite over the top vehicle checking for such an old rental vehicle! unfortunately we will not be using this service again.

This seems like a part time operation. There were poor directions on where to be picked up at the airport. Then we were driven to an office park where the paperwork was filled in by hand. Turns out the pick up car was our rental car. Windows were very dirty. Otherwise car performed well. Drop off information was incomplete and we dropped off car an airport parking lot.

The car we were given was an old model it was in poor condition, scratched on the outside a chip in the drivers side windscreen, high mileage and it felt unsafe to drive. After 1 day we took it back and hired another car from a different company.
