The branch is located outside the airport. After arriving at the airport, please contact the staff for car pick-up. The waiting time is about 15 minutes (if you arrive at international terminal T3, the staff will wait at the flight information area in the arrival hall; If arriving at domestic terminal T1, the staff will wait at the arrival lobby (Starbucks) baggage claim area. The branch is open 24 hours. For changing the pickup time due to personal reasons, please contact the branch 24 hours prior pickup for free amendment. During the night shift from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., if the pick-up is delayed due to delayed flight or other reasons, the staff will wait for one extra hour free of charge, but extra fees will be charged beyond one extra hour（20 USD per hour,maximum is 60 USD）

For car return, please contact the staff in advance. If you need to return the car in advance for personal reasons, please contact the store 48 hours prior reserved return time for free amendment. During the night shift from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., if the return is early or delayed due to flights or other reasons, the staff will wait for one extra hour free of charge, but extra fees will be charged beyond one extra hour（20 USD per hour,maximum is 60 USD） Please choose Passenger Pick-up / Short-term Parking lane when entering the airport terminal. After entering the parking area of the terminal building, if you are in the international terminal building T3, please park at the right side between pillars 31 and 32; if you are in the domestic terminal building T1, please park at the right side between pillars 5 and 6. The staff will wait here.

Car wasn’t properly registered and I was pulled over by the police twice and threatened with a ticket each time. Car was eventually switched out but new car had bald tires that hydroplane in the wet and dry weather. I had to postpone and cancel destinations during trip. Gentleman that brought the vehicle to me and picked vehicle up was excellent.

The day before I leave home they called me to give me cell number for when I am ready. I called aftet I received my luggages. The guy AND the car were waitting me in the parking of the airport. NO waitting, NO shuttle ride. And free shuttle to airport after drop off. WOW SUPER SERVICE !

They asked me to cancel my rental via text 3 days prior the pick day. They said they didn't have any car or the car crashed. I refused ! Then, they told me that they found a car but I have to pay $.30/ mile after 100miles per day !!! + $1000 hold up fee. i again refused, instead of an SUV they sent a sedan I return the car 1 day prior, I haven't been reimbursed yet Very unprofessional , do not recommend
