Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driver's license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

they dont even have a sign to indicate where their desk is at the entire airport & no signs. we had to search for it for 45 mins.

The worst user experience and hidden conditions, I got extra charges on damages that was missing in the contract, the agent in the counter was over loaded to have time to do checkin with us, the car was dirty, I did a complain on the gold car customer service
