Your staff trying to push for more money even though I booked online with full insurance. I will not be booking with you again and would not recommend you to anyone, it's a rip off. Trying to extort extra cash when cover already in place.

The Dacia is just a horrible car. Poor, tinny quality, revs didn’t die as you changed gear and there was exposed hard plastic pushing against your ankle. Always happy with a basic Fiat, Ford, VW- but the Dacia was awful. Please update you Guernsey fleet to its usual high standard.

The only issue I had was that I was charged for supercover,I had my own car hire insurance so didn't require it. I was told I had to have it. I contested this,I was told they would investigate . At drop off I was told the extra money was refunded to my card. The manager was very helpful and agreed it was their mistake, very happy with the outcome.
