During my recent experience with Thai Rent A Car, I encountered a notable issue regarding vehicle features and customer service. The car provided lacked a basic reverse sensor, an amenity I had anticipated would be standard. Upon realizing this, I promptly contacted the customer care team to inquire about the possibility of upgrading to a vehicle equipped with this feature. Despite my willingness to pay extra for the upgrade, the response was disappointingly abrupt, with the representative informing me that no alternative vehicles were available. However, this information proved to be inaccurate. I later visited a Thai Rent A Car location in person and discovered that there were indeed vehicles available for upgrade (7-seater options). While we did not require a vehicle of that size and therefore did not proceed with the upgrade, this discrepancy in information was concerning. The initial interaction with the customer care team over the phone was not only unhelpful but also misleading, as they did not make any apparent effort to check for available alternatives before declining my request.

空港内のカウンターで受付を済まし外の駐車場まで乗せて連れて行ってもらう初めての体験でした。 返却も同じ場所で借りていた車で空港に送ってくれました。 以前、返却時に空港近くの道路を迷いぐるぐる何周かしましたがグーグルナビのセット位置まで分かりやすく教えてくれるので迷いませんでした。 車両も綺麗で問題ありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。

QEEQは初めての利用で、Chic Car Rent の車を借りルのも初めて。レンタルしたのは、HONDAのBRV。2021年に新車が出ているのに、17万㎞以上走っている使い古しすぎる車。 Chic Car Rent は、タイのHONDAのディーラーでで、現行車を扱っているはず。なのに、ここまでボロい車を提供するとは・・・。ガッカリです。 このボロい車。雨が降ってもワイパーはボロボロで効果なし。ひどい!運転に支障はないものの、ずっと室内はガタガタと異音がして気になる。

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good. I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.

The car is clean and i have upgrade to xtrail. When I arrive for pick up the car, the cust service is helpfull, but he quite confused with my booking because he said he have no confirmation from qeeq. So he a little bit cheeky and sarcasm when we thank him for car upgrade.

Every panel except the roof was either scratched, dented, scraped or chipped. We did not add any damage to the vehicle! Europcar should not rent out vehicles in this condition. Mileage was over 105000km on pick up Seats were very uncomfortable, but the cars economy was good.

受付カウンターの方はスムーズで良かったです。 去年から5回お借りしていますが、Europecarも含めて、古い車ばかりです。 距離も80,000Km~120,000Kmのものばかりで残念。 日本だと原則、4年以下の車なのですが。。。 WIPER(ウォッシャー)のタンクに水がない。 ガソリンが満タンではない。(これは今まで100回以上、色々な国でレンタカーをお借りして初めてでした。) 満タンでなかったので、チェック用紙にきさいしてあったので、サインをしました。 走り出して直ぐに、20くらいのデジタルメモリが1つ消えました。 返却前にスタンドで給油して、このくらいかな?って、メモリをチェックして返却したら、給油の時より1メモリ減っていて、300Bの請求をされました。 納得いかず、支払わないと言ったら、デポジットから引くので良いですよ! 日本人の私には、信じられないです。 以前、満タン返しをしなかったときは、概算500Bと給油をする移動費用で100B請求されて支払いました。 にもかかわらず、流石に今回、なっとくいかず、メールしました。 日本、パリ、オーストラリア、USのEuropecarさんでは、勿論、凄く良いです。 タイのスワンナプーム空港は二度と借りないです。 オフィスのMISS TIM?さんは、ルールだからしかたがない!っと、おっしゃっていましたが、ここの会社の社則?柔軟性の指導?をしないとダメだと思います。 レンタカー会社の中で、トップクラスの規模なのに、サービスに問題があるのが残念です。

Should be more generous if the car is returned later. I wrote the flight arrives 12.30 hs, the booking was made 12 hs, which is not possible to pick up a car, when the flight arrives 12.30 hs. Then all the extra hours were charged. Many other companies do not charge up to 3 extra hours!

Car was very old with 158,000 kms on the clock! Car was clean and in good shape though. When you return the car, you need to call them first so that they catch you at arrival area because no stopping/parking allowed. That’s cumbersome

Requested Honday City but at counter was offered Honda Jazz :( And was informed both are under same group huh?already remarked on my booking need Honda City or Toyota Vios size car as I travel with 4 adults and One Kids with 1 big luggage and 3 small luggage. Can the Honda Jazz fit?? Lucky after approximately ~60mins I get an offer Toyota Vios.

Very good process on counter with smile and completely no issues here. Drop off also without issues. Also I got car in segment, that I wanted, and all my luggage fit in the back. The main issue was quality of car - quite old with big mileage (170k km) without any special features (just radio and manual air condition, no bluetooth, no android auto, no rear parking sensor). But I also have to say, that car had good engine + I didn't have any issue with car during whole 2600km of trip

We waited more than 2 hours for the car. The car we got was smaller than the one that we booked online. Customer service say they will try to exchange a bigger car for us the next day or 2 but it never happen. They didn’t even bother to call us when they are not able to exchange the car for us. I was waiting for their call but did not receive any during our 4 days rental.

Need to sign another contract with 5000 baht deposited for car damage. The document had a small tick on one damage, it was rule out after request. But it was signed and return to the staff of KPN. Got the image that any mirror scratch( such as scratch by sand) will be charged. It is bad feeling than other car rent companies in Bangkok.

No staff was present when arrival at the agreed pickup point, only after 2 spoken phone calls then they drove the car at the arrival gate. Car looks new but aircon started giving problem at day 1 (less than 2 hrs into the drive). At day 3, aircon totally failed with many warning lights lit up. Had to drive more than 3 hrs in hot weather back to Bangkok airport with heavy jam. When returning, called staff 1 hr as agreed before arriving only to find out that they were not there waiting. Had to call them again and waited for them to arrive. Feedback to them about the aircon and the warning lights for the engine and staff just brush off

The pick-up location was different from the one written on the booking information. When we went to the location instruction, it had moved to another location and we had to call and look for it. We wasted quite a long time after arriving at the airport. Especially it was after midnight, it was not a good experience for us.

I wasn't expected to pay 8000 baht as a deposit and it came as a surprise. And now that I return the car with no damage, they need 15 to 30 days to refund me. This is unacceptable The car they gave me was in very poor condition. There were a lot of scratches and a couple of dent around the vehicle. The interior was very dusty and dirty. The rear windscreen was covered with a layer of dust. Overall condition was very poor.

Dislike: The car didn't have an AUX port, USB port or Bluetooth. Throughout the journey, we had to make do without any songs to go with our nice road journey.
