The staff were amazing and funny and suited me to my car perfectly. No hesitation in rebooking with them but I want QEEQ to get the recognition.

It was so easy to book this car with them - I have never heard of the company I got the car from but it was so easy and at a good price.

I was told that I needed to purchase additional third party liability insurance (Despite Qeeq including it on my voucher). They said only $750,000 was included, but I needed $3,000,000. When I was given a receipt, it only showed this as a car upgrade. I asked for a receipt, they said all I could be given was what I already had (with no mention of additional insurance). Cost was an additional $188CAD

Qeeq was really great with whatsapp messages and support, especially concerning the additional insurance that I was told I needed by Mex. They provided quick and helpful information.

The vehicle exceeded our expectations

QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

予約は、ホンダフィットと同等ということだったが、来たのはマツダの車であった。ただ、走りやすく、高速でも充分な力を発揮していた。 しかも渋滞中でも使えるクルーズコントロールが付いていたので、楽だった。

The instructions given for where to find the shuttle bus were incorrect, so we had to ask another bus driver where to go. When we arrived at the checkin counter the receptionist was quite rude. Apart from this the ease of booking, the car and the drop off were great.

Loved the auto rebook if price changes to a lower one- saved money on that. Always kept upto date with info and timings

I needed to pay for 2h of parking at the airport when I've picked up the car or I would not exit, this was strange. Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.

Qeeq has rebooked my rental as they have found a cheaper offer, this is excellent. The whole process was flawless as usual. I totally recommend this portal and I'm using it every time as the total price with the insurance is far lower than the competition!

受け取りに非常に時間がかかりました。 車両は新しく清潔で良かったです。 道中でパンクしましたが、これは道路工事中の区間を走行したときに金属片が刺さったと思われ、車両の問題ではありません。 返却時に駐車場の場所が非常に分かりにくく大変でした。

予約はわかりやすくスムーズでした。 現地でパンク修理をして修理代を支払いましたが、修理代はAXAの保険で全額補償されました。 保険請求の手続きは、修理後に状況写真と領収書の写真をQEEQサポートにeメールしただけで、非常に簡単でした。 QEEQ.COMは車両予約時にAXAのフルカバー保険を購入でき、サポートの対応も良いので安心です。

車両は古く整備も不十分でした。 走行開始30分でタイヤ空気圧警告が点灯し、空気を入れなければなりませんでした。 リアハッチを支えるダンパーのピボットが破損しており、強風の時にピボットが外れて、リアハッチが下がり頭に当たりました。怪我をしなくてよかったです。

現地での保険購入は外国人にとって非常に困難な仕事です。QEEQ.COMで落ち着いて保険を吟味し購入できるのがとても良いです。

Not the comments but complimentary for well structure process and hospitality given to us by the staffs, it was impressive

Horrible company Please miss it The guy who was meant to meet us at the exit never showed up . Called multiple times to number provided no answers either. Finally had to request some other travel company to locate the guy who was roaming around in parking lot with a visiting card size . However he picked us up then went to the office for paper which was not a issue but at this point he says that we have to pay 45 euros extra if dropping car at 6.30 am and another 10 Euros to clean the car at the end. This amount not mentioned until the car pick up. I rather pick up car directly at airport and drop off at airport rather than this scam which says so but not in real sense.

The customer service was very reciprocative but they don't have any control on these private car providers !

The staff were helpful but slow. I am very dissatisfied at the long delay to get my deposit refunded. I have not received it & the documents say it will be betwen 4 - 8 weeks.

Experience with gold car was really good. They help us to understand they don’t have the car what we asked, but still it’s disappointed you’re showing the car, Mercedes and giving a Volkswagen not good.

The pick up process was most difficult. It was a ticket system but was not communicated so we stood in a crowd for 15 min before we realised. Then there was only 2 staff and it was very slow. We sat on the floor waiting. Then they didn’t take AMEX, which is ridiculous as it is a worldwide accepted card.
