The only hick-up at check-in was resolved instantly - we were sent to pick up the rental care having been given a bay number, to find there wasn't a car there. This was resolved immediately and we were given an upgraded vehicle.

Excellent price and very good advice from QEED. All details and instructions very clear.

Great experience all round aided by being first thru immigration - the value of global entry! MLB is the easiest way in and out of the States right now!!

Easy to use and great value!

The car was newer than expected, and it seemed the exterior and interior of the car had just been cleaned before the pickup, which was very good and not something to be taken for granted these days. Pickup was a bit long but probably the previous customer had some special issues which might not be the problem of the staff concerned. Some outstanding issue with the charges adjustment which are currently handled under the help of QEEQ Support Staff.

The outstanding issue was initially brought to the attention of QEEQ through the in-app customer support, but that seemed was not followed up. Subsequent email to the customer service was handled by QEEQ and a case was opened. Pending outcome, but appreciated the assistance from the support staff !!

More details are needed about the drop off location since the parking areas of Europecar were tricky to find

Very good car experience, good condition,I booked a gasoline Alphard, and the store gave me a free upgrade to the hybrid Alphard. It’s really great！ the car is very new! The interior of the car is so clean it’s unbelievable! Friendly service staff, very enthusiastic and professional. Mobile phone charging cables and mobile phone holders are prepared for us. The procedure for picking up and returning the car is very simple. It is recommended to purchase comprehensive insurance so you don’t have to worry about scratches while driving along the way. I will choose A rentals company next time I come to New Zealand. Highly recommended!

Smooth experience, very simple operation process.

Bargain Car Rental dealings was superb, excellent staff, car was clean and ran well for the hire period.

I have used QEEQ before, so naturally I went straight to QEEQ for my car booking this time knowing I would get what I wanted at the best price. Website is excellent and easy to navigate.

Very helpful at the desk .. although the insurance we bought online was explained as a waste of time . Won’t do that again .

Routes did not give us the car we rented, they downgraded us saying the insurance we got doesn't cover the car that we ordered which was a lie. Additionaly, they did not allow for a G2 driver's license holder to drive which is also a scam. We should have been notified in advance about this limitation.

The whole insurance and license thing should have been clear in advance

Car was pretty old, with 160,000 miles on it. All four tyres were low and had to be pumped up. The paint on the hood and roof was mostly worn off. Mechanically it was fine. Car was advertised as a "6-person minivan" -- but it was far smaller than I had expected. I would call it a station wagon, not a minivan at all. I talked with BRC about exchanging it, and they were not interested. They only offered to have me pay 3x as much for a full-size van. They would not allow me to return the car early so I could rent from elsewhere.

Because rental was pre-paid, BRC would not change my reservation.

The car was dirty inside, I'm not happy

I really do not understand why collecting a rental car takes so long, if I find a provider that can greatly reduce the wait time then they will be my company of choice

Qeeq was excellent, no problems at all.

I booked a Mercedes but they did not have one. I was given a Renault instead. If I knew that they did not have a Mercedes I would have booked a smaller cheaper car. Also as I pucked up the car at Antalya airport and returned it at Izmir airport I was not familiar with the drop off location. Communication with helpdesk was difficult due to their proficiency in English. They could have provided a map during pickup as to where the car drop off location is. I spent half hour just looking for it

Nothing to comment. Everything is perfect and fast.

Booking is fast, prices is competitive.

Car had a lingering smell of cigarettes. Otherwise, all was fine.

I tried to change drop off location but neither Avis or QEEQ could help me.

We had difficulties with starting the engine so many times… the condition is not good.

Staffs are very friendly and professional.

All went well and the car was great. I drive a Toyota at home as well.
