Pls be fair svc with asian tourist

Car was old but fair value for the cost. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delay picking up while issue with another customer was dealt with by the sole staff member.

Impressed with low rate. Easy to navigate search and hiring process.

Rental pick up afterhours is through 3rd party and we waited for almost an hour. Tried phoning different numbers and asking other shuttles for help but nobody was aware of shuttle services for car company. The shuttle driver finally answered phone half asleep and grumpy. Car itself was ok and spacious but customer service was poor

Car was not very clean and it had some technical problems with front bumper.

One staff member managing the complete business. Plan for at least an hour for the drop because the same person maybe out for pickup that time. I had to wait very long during drop off. Also make sure each and every mark/scratch is captured. Overall not recommended

Very obliging and pleasant staff. The car was exactly what we asked for and a GPS was ready for us on arrival as promised. Very affordable.
