Our flight was canceled originally so we had to cancel our first car reservation.

The staff was very friendly and the price was great! Location was close to all the other rental car facilities that are off airport. Shuttle arrived quickly to take us to the location. And return to the airport was quick and smooth. Shuttle was there immediately to take us back to the airport. Easy rent cars ap is AMAZING!

EASYRENTCARS is amazing. I will never rent a car without the ap again. I have used this ap once a month if not more, and have never been disappointed. I used it to rent a van in Las Vegas and several times in the Tampa Orlando airports.The prices are real and unbeatable. Definitely use this ap if you are renting a car!!!

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

I will never use Routes ever again ... absolutely the most unorganized experience I've ever seen with a rental care company. And I've even rented with a mom-pop shop in Hawaii.

Car was great! Excellent condition. The only problem is I had a flight to catch at 6:45 and Routes did not open until 6am which I was not aware of. I assumed there would be a drop box and or instructions on what to do if you have an early flight. There was no drop box to leave the key and car. If this were available I would strongly recommend routes, otherwise if you have an early flight to catch you might want to look elsewhere. It was a great experience minus the drop off mishap.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.
