The vehicle had a significant dent and many scratches. It was dirty on the outside although very clean on the inside. Unfortunately the pick up process was nearly an hour long. Although the staff member serving was incredibly polite and apologetic he was very slow and was alone attempting to serve numerous customers picking up vehicles. The price would have been outstanding had the vehicle been immaculate. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall a fair vehicle for the money and a friendly staff member on pick up.

The girl of counter staff service not good, the car condition is poor. Car body very very dirty, no cleaning. very poor experience. No next time.

受付が1人しかおらず、スムーズに受付をして頂くことができませんでした。 また、車種をルノーのコンパクトカーで予約したのですが、日産のセダンで運転しづらかったです。 それに加えて、車内・車外清掃が十分ではなく、良い気持ちでドライブを出来ませんでした。 海外なので、仕方がないかもしれませんが 次回予約する場合は、budget等大手のレンタカー会社を利用したいと思います。
