Everything was great until dropping off the car. Even though I booked to return the car at an airport location, the car could not be dropped at the airport. Had to drive back into town to return the car adding about 45 minutes and a lot of stress. Staff seemed used to it though and got me back to the airport ASAP. I made the flight.

予約は、ホンダフィットと同等ということだったが、来たのはマツダの車であった。ただ、走りやすく、高速でも充分な力を発揮していた。 しかも渋滞中でも使えるクルーズコントロールが付いていたので、楽だった。

“Straightforward booking with a few nice surprises during our journey”

The car pick up was very straightforward with little or no ‘sales pitch’ for added insurance etc which was good however I did feel there was little or no information given regarding condition of car, road tolls etc which I would have liked.

QEEQ were excellent from the off.. The on line booking was simple and straightforward and the 1$Us deposit was very welcomed. We paid for the car the day before the pick up and were advised the cost had dropped by over £40 ( presumably exchange rate difference) which was a nice bonus and the refund was in my account 3 days after we returned the car. Also we booked a 4 door saloon and were given a mediumSUV

“paid twice for one car!”

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. “rude and disappointing experience”

budget refused to rent a car to me because they refused to accept my license. I had just rented a car 2 weeks prior with the same license. Terrible customer service and rude agents.
