I have been charged twice with no explanation why or contact from thrifty. The agreement on pick up and return after the car was checked said $52. We got charged that. Then several days later they have made a further $62 charge which was not agreed and I have not been invoiced for. Not happy in the slightest.

“Good site to find suitable and reasonable rental cars!”

借りる時も返却時も対応が早い。空港からのシャトルバスは10-15分おきにある様子。 保険込みの値段だと最安だったのでここに決めました。事故はなかったものの、安心感があったので、無駄な心配をしないで旅行ができてよかったです。

カウンターのスタッフからは保険の売り込みはありましたが、断れば大丈夫でした。ナビはスマホで大丈夫だよと言われたので無駄が省けました。
