“Budget staff was not friendly. Didn't have record for navigation or child seat. Car was smaller.”

Long wait for car pick up. Not navigation or toddler car seat available. Jerusalem stuff was not friendly with giving directions since we didn't have navigation when leaving. Drop off was easy and very friendly at TLV airport.
