Location flaw

I was disappointed that the location had no sedans even though my reservation was confirmed. I was then assigned a pickup truck, but since I was there for a funeral that wouldn't work so they assigned me a van because vans were all that was left. The vehicle was okay, but the odor in the van was not pleasant. I did not complain since it was late and I was just happy to get started for the hotel. My bill should be $275.79 and on my temporary transactions I see a pending bill for $475.79. If it doesn't correct wen fully posted I will be filing a complaint. Not enough staff at pickup location. Disorganized.

They tried to sell me full insurance without needed. I informed them i dont want and again they put it in the contract. Thank God i saw before sign. In drop off they put me 10$ to be charged without informing what it is. Again i noticed and i came back. They remove it and print another final reciept without apologising or telling me what was the mistake! Terrible

The electronic toll charges in Boston was not known to me and I have to call budget hotline to understand. It will be better it is stated in the contract or email

The price protector is good but I have yet to see the refunds(I have rebooked at a lower price) coming back to my credit card. So I hope the price difference will credit back without me emailing or calling.

Budget told me that I need to pay for full insurance, nevertheless I remember that I paid insurance through Easyrentalcars.
