It’s ok

At the Europcar reception desk, they refuse to give the prepaid car, because it was made from another office. I have to wait more than one hour without answer what happened. It was too inconvenient for me.

After an hour waiting, I decided to cancel my reservation. I made new qeeq reservation from sixt company.

Europcar is great!

I am waiting for the no notice additional charge investigation and refund from office manager now. Please let me know it soon.

We did not wait a long time and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Use it often and is always good

Like: I don’t know whether they always give new car but our car is only 5 kms. The staff was in take up were so kindly and they helped us so much.
Dislike: The only thing that we didn’t like is drop off office. There are so much people who was waiting at office. The person who worked on drop off office helped us. People try to catch their flights that include international flights so rental company must increase worker number at this office.
